Carbon aspirators for VOC exhalations

In the case of retouching and light painting, MFV fume and exhalation extractors are a valuable means of extracting and purifying airborne pollutants in the form of VOCs and odours. As in the case of welding fume extractors, this range is also equipped with suction arms of different lengths in order to adapt perfectly to the customer's production requirements. The activated charcoal installed as standard on the extractors is certified and virgin, for maximum durability and solvent adsorption capacity

Thanks to their compact dimensions, wheels and handles, they can be easily moved to the vicinity of the work to be carried out and then suck up the SOV-COV fumes using the various accessories available.

The main advantages of using these extractors are the working radius of 2 or 3 metres achieved with a self-supporting suction arm, the rapid suction where the fumes are produced thanks to the high flow rate and the mobile hood, the high mobility allows convenient access to the work points, the filtration with a large quantity of active carbon (41 kg tot) with high absorption, the non-sparking nozzle and ATEX-certified motor

Operation is simple and effective: the extractors captures fumes and odours from the hood of the suction arm as they pass through the machine downwards, they are filtered by the paint-stop filter and activated charcoal and then returned to the environment through grids positioned on the sides of the machine.
