Risks to people and issues to be addressed

Applications such as painting, cleaning, and washing parts with solvent-based chemicals can produce a significant amount of fumes and overspray containing substances that if absorbed by the lungs can cause immediate and even very serious side effects such as irritation, impaired judgment, headaches, blurred vision, and in severe cases liver and central nervous system damage.

Protect yourself with adequate ventilation

Adequate ventilation the most important part of the solution, in fact, the fumes must be captured before they can reach the painter's breathing zone and then they must be filtered with a system that includes several filtering stages with a final one with activated carbon, and then they must be expelled outside the production room, complying with the National or Regional regulations for atmospheric emission.

The right equipment to paint safely

Suction walls or dry booths are definitely the solution with the best solution/price ratio; they have been designed and fine-tuned by our technical department and can be used for the suction of aeriform pollutants such as exhalations, fumes or dust generated by work on large surfaces.

The booths and suction walls suck in fumes, dusts or exhalations from the front and, depending on the version, they are conveyed to the filtration stages by passing through opposing vertical slats (fumes and dusts) or an Andreae filter panel (liquid coating).

Extracted air then passes through the rear-mounted filters and is then conveyed to the electric fan, to be expelled to the outside.
