– GREEN: Filters Clean;
– YELLOW: Pre-clogging
– RED: Clogging.
Very simple to install, it needs to be powered by 24V and shows through the light signal:
- Filter clogging status: Filters clean - Pre-clogging - Clogging.
- Possible upstream obstructions: instantaneous or progressive obstructions of the inlet pipe or suction grid in the machine cabin (e.g., accumulation of chips or liquid).
- Zero flow alarm: e.g., vacuum cleaner off, motor not running or off, piping disconnected).
- Timer: indicates reaching 15,000 h of operation (recommended threshold for filter check).
